Thermal Stresses

Hi 

I am Running a linear static analysis where there are no mechanical load the stresses are only due to temperature change.

I am running running the same analysis for same mean DIA Cylinders witkh different Thickness(0.5mm,0.75mm,1mm,5mm) with same BC and same TEMPs.

but for all cases i am getting same stresses . I am unable to find where i went wrong.
