Generate metaparticle with different comprising particle's size

Hi，

I want to use Metaparticle to generate a cluster, which consists of two types of particles but the size of individual particle is different. When I look at the metaparticle in EDEM, I found that I couldn't specify particle scale or size for each individual particle. Is there a way to solve my problem with metaparticle or is there any alternative method to generate such a cluster?

Hi Jason,

In EDEM 2023 we can scale the meta-particles themselves via meta-particle > size distribution and this would scale all the individual particles, keeping the same relative positions and shape.

 

However the individual components of the meta-particle once set are fixed, unless the meta-particle scale is changed.
