Issues with EDEM trial license installation
Dear Altair Support Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance with regard to the installation of the EDEM software on my computer. I currently have a valid license for Altair, but unfortunately, the EDEM software is not included in my license. Therefore, I would like to try the trial version of EDEM to evaluate if it suits my needs before purchasing it. However, upon installing the trial version, I encountered an error message stating that the license is invalid and cannot be used. I have checked the installation process, but there was no option to indicate where to point the license or how to configure the trial license for a short period of time. I would like to request your guidance on how to resolve this issue and successfully install the EDEM trial license. Thank you in advance for your time and support.
