Force Between Two Parts

Hello,

 

My study is to find how much force is applied from ball dropping to sheet metal in Radioss. I have tried 3 different method. But all of them give different results. Could you please help me which way is correct and why the results are different from each other?

1- Finding the contact force with vectors in Hyperview. It is generated with card of /anim/vect/connt

2- Finding the contact force with /th/inter and see result from Hypergraph

3- Finding the force with section (/th/sect) and see result from Hypergraph

    Hi,

    Second method is correct. But make sure /TFILE frequency is finer.
