I can not install PSIM 2023 on my Windows 11 computer

Greetings!

I am having problems installing PSIM 2023 on my Windows 11 computer. I am currently using PSIM 2022.1 and it has always worked fine. Recently from my university research group, we were told that we could upgrade to version 2023, using the "Altair One" option as a license.

The problem is that when running the installer, "installAnywhere" starts to prepare the installation, and when the first loading bar is filled, the installer closes and does not install anything.

I have tried disabling the antivirus, removing the organization account from my computer as both sometimes give similar problems when trying to install programs.

I have also heard that other people with windows 11 are having this problem, while other people with windows 10 have had no problems installing PSIM 2023.

I would be very grateful for any ideas on how to fix this.

    Hi, Pablo,

    What PSIM license do you use for PSIM2022.1? Do you already have an Altair license for that version?
