Exporting Input file

How is it that HyperMesh exports a ABAQUS solverdeck, when I ask to export a Optistruct solver Deck?

I imported an ABAQUS .INP file, did some small adjustments to the model and wanted to export a Optistruct file . But I get another ABAQUS file. Why????

Yes, I specify Optistruct, but still I get both ABAQUS and Optistruct format in 1 file. first all the ABAQUS input and then Optistruct input.

But when ABAQUS input is first, the program aborts.

if you want to output the model in OptiStruct format, make sure you CONVERT it using the File>>Convert option, in order to get the right cards written to your file.

Otherwise, HW will export your "unknown" contents into the original format, as "UNSUPPORTED_BULK_CARDS".
