I was doing crash analysis on hypermesh but getting this error " ERROR ID : 611** ERROR IN INITIAL PENETRATION IN INTERFACE"
It is because you have a lot of unequivalenced nodes where you have mirrored your mesh, red lines below, because of that there a lot of places where the contact has 0 gap (the secondary node is exactly on the main segment) which is an error condition, attached rad file has it resolved (nodes equivalenced) and runs (sorry, I don't have an old version of HM to send an HM file)
