If I update version from 2021b to 2022.2 device create with before version can be transfer to new version or it's loss ?
This device must be recreate new in device of new version ?

I assume you are speaking about thermal models?
We switched the standard format from binary encoded .dev to a text based .xml format in 2022. That being said we can still import and use the .dev.
Simply point to the folder where you have these files saved. options-set path, then device file path.
