Where do we find velocity or(boundary conditions manager ) in altair hypermesh 2021 in radios format

Sir i have been working with radios format in hypermesh 2021 where i got a problem in creating velocity the main problem was i didn't find bc manager before i did in 2019 version of altair hypermesh but in 2021  the bc manageris missing . And even i want to know how to convert file in lower versions of hypermesh for example form( 2021 to 2019)
