Good morning,

My model is not running due the internal error mentioned in the tittle, in file shellsmat.F, at location 319. There is no information about it in the .out file and I have not found the referred file shellsmat.F. what is this error about? how to get it fixed? Any insights?

Thanks in advance

If you does not have any detailed information (node ID, element ID,...) the only possibility is asking Altair support.

is there anything else in the .out or .stat files?

as there's something related to a shell subroutine in the solver i'd review your shells to make sure they're ok.

But I agree, if you're a altair customer, go after your local altair support team and send them the .out and .stat files.

    Thank you both,

The only difference with regards to a previous model in which the analysis was completed was the use of  PARAM, IMPLOUT, YES along with the already existing NLOUT. Any extra thoughts?

you will need to share your .out and .stat files with your local Altair support team so that they can check for you.
