I hope you are looking for the Active mesh mode in General 2D mesh.
Kindly refer the image.

No , The image that you have shared shows (Automatic/Interactive meshing) options, This allows us to control mesh in terms of density.

KIndly go to Preferences dropdown and click on Topology revision option.
