Not able to 'Create Case' in Customer Service
I want to open a 'Case' for customer support. The website is requiring an 'account' be selected, but I do not know what is being requested.

It is requesting the name of your Organization. For example you would list: Cambium Learning Group.

I am have the same issue
When I try to enter the name of my Organization - ENSONO - and even tried the name listed in the WPS license - WIPRO - and it simply comes back as 'No Matches Found'Is there a contact number for this product that I can call for? I am try to address an issue with an abending MVS job.
