Hello,
I am currently trying to run a crash simulation with a dummy in a chair. However, early on in the simulation the foam on the seat starts to heavily deform and eventually explodes before the crash really happens. The error I got was 'Energy Error Limit Reached'. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
