are you running NL Static analysis?
are you using Finite Sliding + Large Displacement?
For this application you should run a NLSTAT analysis and NL contact enabled, with probably finite or continuous sliding enabled.
Additionally check which surfaces are the main and secondary and IF THEY'RE POINTING EACH OTHER.
