two plates are penetrate after apply the contact

i am applying contact  stick , discrete-Surface to surface, . in Hyperview It will penetrate . pls find attached out file , give  me solution .

    are you running NL Static analysis?

    are you using Finite Sliding + Large Displacement?

     

    For this application you should run a NLSTAT analysis and NL contact enabled, with probably finite or continuous sliding enabled.

    Additionally check which surfaces are the main and secondary and IF THEY'RE POINTING EACH OTHER.
