I can't authorise a new laptop I am using

I have recently started using a new laptop and have got my IT department to install Hyperworks 2021, but when I try to launch the program I can't get access to the units that we pay for. When I try to manual authorise the machine using an authorisation code that I generate through Altair One this does not work and I get a 'Unable to Authorize with Hosted HWU system' error.

Please can you help?

Hello Michael,

please download the Altair License Manager v15.0 from the marketplace https://altairone.com/Marketplace and use this tool in order to authorize your machine instead of the utility you are currently using.

This newer version should allow you to authorize it without any issues.
