* INTERNAL PROGRAMMING ERROR * gapss_getndpn.F

I try to run old fem job made in HW2019 in new HW2021.0 and following fortran error is thrown by structural solver. I dont have older optistrup ver. to test whether it is related to bugs in solver, but job was solved without problems in 2019 y and now it is submitted to 2021.0.
Any idea what how to overcome this s?

Hi PSiedlaczek,

I would recommend to try first with latest version available, which is Version 2022.

Unfortunately, there is no allowance in company to upgrade version above 2021.0 at the moment, however I ran this case in 2020 with success. I understand this is BUG in version 2021.0 related to contact algorithm as old models w/o contact definition are processed by optistruct 2021.0.
I hope this is not related to error in the results.

Unfortunately in 2020 the error also pops when Large Deflection Material and Contact Nonlinear analysis is requested for previously mentioned model solved in 2019 that can run in 2020 for Linear Statics, but not in 2021 Linear Statics.

Do You know what is the exact cause of this error? What to search for?
I am thrill to redefine 300 contact pairs and test each change.
