Gasket analysis results

Hi, 

 

         I have done Non linear pretension analysis of a gasket. I would like to check Contact pressure on gasket

In Hyperview results contour I found 2 things

1.Contact Normal/Traction pressure ( around 180 Mpa)

2.Gasket thickness direction pressure ( around 70 Mpa)

these two contours have different magnitudes in pressure.

My question is which pressure should I consider for validation?
