FRF results vs linear static results

I am simulated a FRF and Linear static analysis of a plate.....I want to validate my results like this.....in post processing FRF result stress at frequency Zero..Not Matching with Linear static analysis Stress value..Why this is not matching?

 

Can we validate like this

    No, we cannot compare static and frequency response analysis outputs. The governing equation for linear static and dynamic analysis is different.
