Could you explain what is  dof 43 this warning message..I used rigid elements, contact non linearity, Not used Material non linearity

Usually it should be no problem to define a load at the independent node of a RBE2 element.
Probably one or more nodes are not equivalenced in the model. You can check if you have free nodes or free elements in tool panel -> check elems -> 1D. If there are nodes shown, you should fix that with equivalence.
