I need help with Thea for sketchup

Hi, I installed the Thea Render and i dont why it doesnt appear for me to sellect it as a product but ok.

My probblem is, when i render something it seems like the background is cutting my piece is half. I dont know how to fix it but really need help with it.

Ill send a screenshot of what im talking about.

The Image_1 is what i want to render and the Image_2 is the actual render that i get everytime i try to render something.

Ill be waiting for a response.
