LICENSE ACTIVATION AND START OF THE PROGRAMS

Good evening

I am Ignazio Casale, a student of politecnico di torino, and i'm facing some problems with the installation of the programs and my license.

In particular i'm able to install all the programs and as suggested by the procedure i set the license in the folder security of the main folder altair in the pc programs.

After the installations I'm not able to go on withn my work and start the programs because it gives me the error that i linked you in the image.

Can you help me in solving this problem?

In the following there are both the report of the two errors i faced in my attempt . I also attached to images that shows the same error reports.

Hi,

 

did you add the license as 'altair_lic.dat' inside the security folder? Can you double check?

Sometimes, if Windows hides the extension, your file coukld be altair_lid.dat.dat

 

Can you also share a picture of your license file?

Does the ETHERNET matches with your mac address of your network adapter?

Hi,

Can you once check whether the Ethernet ID of your machine matches the Ethernet ID in the license file? Or else can you run ipconfig/all in the command window and send the output here?
