How do I generate section force results (as a function of time)

I am trying to output section forces in a component, but am unable to do so.

I created a cross section as shown in image below.

However, I am not able to figure out how to plot the section force vs time curve. I am not sure if section force data is even generated; Or  which file to check (I tried loading the .h3d file in Hypergraph but did not see any such results).

Please help/guide. I am attaching the deck that I am using. Thanks a lot in advance.
