Setting AOPT Parameters without Nodes in MAT22/LS-DYNA Profile
In the Hypermesh 2023 LS-DYNA profile, I cannot manually set AOPT vectors for material system definitions. Instead, it's forcing me to pick nodes to define the system, and then calculates the AOPT values for me. I do not want to pick nodes, I want to manually enter in the directions. The calculated values include numbers like "-8.367E-08" which I don't think the DYNA solver will appreciate for floating point operations in single precision. It won't even let me edit them if I click "card edit".
How can I do this? Or do I have to update this manually after every single keyword deck export?

thanks for reporting this request to us. The current implementation was inherited from our Classic interface. There's an on-going ticket to improve this behavior. Please feel free to open a regular support case so that we can link your support case to the development ticket
