Hello , my name is Alex and I am an Electrical and Computer Engineering student at University of Western Macedonia , Greece . A month and a half ago , I asked and got a Student License for PSIM Altair , but a problem occured in the hard disk in which i Installed the licensed PSIM and now I don't have access in it. At the moment I am using a new laptop and I would like to transfer my license in it. Could you please provide me a new license and delete the other one?
I have to inform you that unfortunately I don't have access to my old license KEY , which I had used to my old laptop in order to activate student license PSIM.
