Topological Optimization Stress Von Mises ratio

Hello everyone.

I have a question about topological optimization.

I would like to understand how to perform optimization by minimizing perhaps volume or mass, but with a constraint on Von Mises stresses.

Having fixed the ideal Von Mises stress σvm, I would like the finite element reduction to be based on a comparison with the maximum von mises stress of the model once a certain ratio is fixed.

For example if σvm (single finite element) / σvm max (of the whole model) < k the element stiffness is nullified.
