Simulation of the boiling time of water in a pan

Hello everyone, I am looking to perform a simulation of the boiling time of water in a pan. Would anyone have any idea where I can start?

    i don't think acusolve supports phase change, but at least heating until the boiling point should be possible.

    Hello Adriano, How could I do that, do you have any ideas?
    would there be any way to test which type of pan (FEM model) has better heat absorption and heat retention?
