I cant see nodes and i have problem with xyz coordinates

Sorry, i am new, just today i got this new program. 

When i open Hypermesh in the xyz indicator on the bottom left i have no arrows and when i try to rotate the system it seems having some strange type of bug (i upload a video to explain me better).

Secondly when i try to generate nodes i cant see them.

I have seen some past forum about this last point and i already tried to create HW_USE_OPENCL=0 in the environment variable, but nothing seems to be changed.

What it is happening? How can i fix this problems?

    Hi,

     

    In the 2019 version, we made changes in the graphic engine. Please test briefly if the environment variable HW_USE_OPENCL changes the behavior.
    Please do the following steps:
    1. Stop all instances of HyperWorks
    2. Set the environment variable to  HW_USE_OPENCL=0
    3. Start HyperWorks and check if the behavior has changed when clicking Grids.

    or

    Try updating graphic driver.

    The nodes are not visble and t showing that the

    nvidea card not Detected'
