Size distribution error when running EDEM simulations

I am trying to run my EDEM simulations for additive manufacturing and I keep getting this error:
What is this error? and How can I fix it

How do I see the "output results" or "image generation" settings? I am not sure how to check permissions either

Hi Jake,
When does this error occur, is it shown during processing (EDEM Simulator) or the Analyst?Do you have 'output results' or 'image generation' shown selected in the EDEM Simulator, if so do you have permissions to write data to the locations shown?

Stephen
This is what my simulator settings look like:

I looks like output results/image generation is not selected so this is unlikely to be the issue. It maybe a graphics issue, updating graphics drivers on your computer may resolve this.
Just to confirm this error doesn't stop the simulation from running?

The error does stop the simulation from running. I am able to run the simulations on my own laptop, but I am running them on clusters.

hi Jake,
What is the operating system of the cluster? Does the simulation stop during processing or never start?
You may be able to run the simulation using batch commands, without the user interface how-to-use-edem-batch-commands
It could be file permissions on the cluster, can you ensure you have read and write permissions on the folder containing your simulations.

I am using a cluster called negishi, I am not too familiar with the operating system. The simulations usually keep running and then they eventually stop. How do I check if I have read and write permissions on the cluster? I also attached an image of the error message.

This is also the other error message I received: I checked on the cluster and I see that I have 25 GB of storage space so I am very unsure why I keep getting this file save error.

Hi,
If you can confirm the Operating System that would be useful.
Also I'd recommend removing the extra characters from the file name. Especially / ( ) and , however I'd also avoid having spaces in the file name. In the case above i think it's confusing the / in the file name as part of the file path.

The operating system is in linux
