Nonlinear analysis of rubber

hello,

 

I want find the stress on rubber component when in fixed at bottom and  apply load 4 N on it. What card image i should go in material and loads.

 

Please explain me procedure how to conduct this analysis.

 

Whether i can do this analysis in optistruct
