Hi Teja
A rigid wall is a non-yielding retaining wall which is defined by the user Master Node and a group of Slave Nodes.
Rigid Walls allows the user an easy way to define an interface between a rigid surface and nodes of a deformable body
The group of slave nodes can be defined by a distance for slave search. This distance is denoted by 'd'.
For your case check whether you have updated the rigid wall and selected the slave nodes either by providing distance for slave search or by directly selecting the slave nodes.
To update go to Analysis > Rigidwalls > update
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
Check this video too about rigid wall creation
