It would be good if you use the higher version of OptIStruct for this type of analysis(2017.0 or latest version 2018.0). This model was developed to run in the 2017 version.SMOOTH option on CONTACT is supported for Finite Sliding with CONSLI option is missing in the 14.0 version.
