How to Apply boundary condition

Hello,

When I connect all the elements to rigid element and specify the spc fix translation in x,z, rotation in x,z.  free translation in y and rotation in y axis. And Apply moment to same rigid element. In result still i see the translation in X,Z. But not Y

    What about rotation around Y?
