Optistruct non-linear displacement driven load

Hello,

I've quasi static nonlinear loadcase consisten of pretension bolts.

During Load 2 i crush a beam into the construction (circa 100mm) and in step 3 i want to release de construction of the beam. Then i would like to apply a second beam in step 4, and offcourse a release afterwards in step 5.

Is it possible to describe the displacement path with a curve? so i can do the press and release in 1 single load step?

I would also like to use a curve to slower the beam during the inpact face (initial contact face).

you can define a curve/table for applying your quasi-static load, using TLOAD.

Take a look at the attached example.
