CANnoT CREATE A USER ON THE ADMIN ALTAIR CONSOLE.RETURN THE "INTERNAL ERROR" MESSAGE
does anyone have a solution?
As long as you are an admin or an owner on the account, you should be able to create/add users.
The internal error message you received might be due to a temporary communication glitch. If you are still getting this error message, let us know. We will need to take a look at your account to make sure the permissions are set correctly.
