ERROR # 941 NON-CONVERGENT NONLINEAR ITERATIONS FOR SUBCASE 1

Hello,

I am trying to run a non-linear static analysis on my part.

I checked the output file, but I could not figure out what is wrong.

I have looked in the forum too...

Can anybody give me a hint?

    Hello Robinson,

    I think I am unfortunately not allowed to send the model file. Maybe you can help me with the .out-file. Somehow I do not get an nl.out file?

    Hi Tim,

    You are using OptiStruct 14.0.230, which is "absurdly" out of date.

    Could you run your model on the latest version of OptiStruct v2022.2? So let me know if it works for you. If your model is still not converging, share the .out and _nl.out files.
