I want to get a FE model after a simple simulation.
1.simulation using Radioss.

2.

export deformed shape

but which i possibly need is not  exported.

as it said ,when i import the FE model which exported in  HyperView, there are all elements without stress tensor.

    Hi,

HV does not export the stress tensor. Only the deformed shape of your mesh.

You can import the .sta (state files) from your initial Radioss run in order to get the stress and thickness initialization cards into your new model.

    thank you so much.

maybe you are sleeping, im so sorry for replying at this time.because im in GMT+08:00 ,it is noon now.

i tried it .i know that  i could export the  stress tensor form the file (as XX.A012)but not the file(as XX.h3d) in HV,

read A012 in HV,export deformed shape,i get 777.rad with  /INSHE/STRS_F .but without Thickness

when i read 707.h3d ,it is shown the same as  yesterday.

i think you must want me to use the   /STATE/SHELL/STRESS/FULL   to make  the  stress of shells in the keyword /INSHE/STRS_F to be active.

as i import  the file(777.rad) in Hypermesh ( slover desk select Radioss).

    this  is i get .

if i use control card  /STATE/SHELL/STRESS/FULL  ,I can make the stress (as it said in Reference Guide >Initial Conditions >/INISHE/STRS_F or /INISH3/STRS_F, like First plane stress , Second plane stress  and so on ) to be active  replacing zero,  and then i can simulate closing to true condition.

and may i ask , which keyword is need  for initial thickness before i  run Radioss with the file, because i can export the stress tensor and the plastic strain except Thickness  .

Looking forward to your answer ,and thank you so much.

sorry, i'm not quite expert in Radioss, so my knowledge is limited.

I had a couple experiences with InspireForm using Radioss underneath, and it generated a .sta file with the INISHE/EPSP_F (or STRS_F)and it also includes the thickness for each shell element.

I believe this is what you need to request in your first run, to output the state file for this.
