Monarch Server Automator - Workspaces

I have just recently started using Monarch Data Prep Studio.  I created my 1st Workspace and am now looking to add it to my automator processes.  Currently I use automator to send out several reports daily using monarch projects.  But when I went to set up a new process for the workspace I saved in the server library, It looks like you can only use projects within automator?  How can I automate a daily report using a workspace?

 

If I move my data back to monarch classic, will it keep all of the pivots and filters?  If so I could then save it as a project.  Thoughts?

 

I am currently using version 15 of Monarch and version 14.1 of Monarch Server

    Hi Melissa!

     

    The panel to the left of your process canvas in Automator should have tabs for both Classic and Data Prep. Do you see that?

     

    Data Prep tab is for anything built in DPS and should have a node for Workspace. Happy to setup a WebEx if this is translating to what you’re seeing.

    Hi Melissa,

     

    For Workspaces you need to make sure you are in Visual Processes not Standard. Standard only works with classic but Visual works with both. Then like Dylan said there is a slide out from the left side that has tabs on it for classic and data prep or all.
