Is Simlab any good for modelling / performing stress assessment of pipework for use in assessment against ASME piping design code? Would any other Altair software be more appropriate?

I dont have access to Caesar 2 (im aware this is the industry standard for pipework assessments) and am looking for an alternative i can use that yields similar outputs comaptible with ASME assessment.

SimLab is really nice for solid bulky parts. Probably for piping it would be nice only if you need to check a single section and need a detailed mesh.
Maybe for this purpose, the S-Frame/S-Steel might be helpful.
