failed execution after solving
Hi everyone,
Recently I tried to learn as much as I can of Altair Flux, but, during all the tutorials done, nothing like the error appeared this time happened. I found the same error from another user's question, where the solution was related to the fact some layers were imposed as "inactive regions", but that is not my case. Although both Geometry and Physics have been checked correctly I don't know how to solve this problem.
thank you in advance

Hello,
please try to check the report file in the working folder. It is probably a memory error if everything is correct. In latest versions the memory should be set to dynamic per default.
Please post the error you find at the bottom of the report to see if it is something else.

Thank you. The only text present in the REPORT file are the following:
SOFTWARE : FLUX3D_21.2.0 : 3D Finite Element Electromagnetism
USECASE : Flux3DMagneticDCAutoSolved0 -
I meant the Flux2D.report in the working folder, not the report inside the projet which only contains the supervisor preview about the model

I am sorry. Those are the lasts lines of the reports, starting from the solving launch:

after the first step the simulation collapsed. I controlled the settings on Memory and I changed it on dynamic, although looking at the report it seems there is a problem correlated to the lines probably referred to the two lines connecting the structure to the infinite box limitated to one quarter because of two simmetries. I did not close directly the box but I leaved it to be closed automatically by the geometry interface0 -
You are right something must be wrong in the geometry and physical definition.
Please check the geometry is correct by going in the sketcher and use the "heal all" button.
Also check which regions are in your rotating mechanical set, they should form a circle.
Then you can delete and rebuild the infinite box maybe. Use the "complete infinite box" function to close it and reassignt he new faces to a non moving air region.
If it still does not work, try to upload the model here or contact support directly if you don't want to share it on this forum.
