how do I get into S-Frame

I recently downloaded the software package that we bought licences for. When I try to open S-frame, nothing happens. Could you walk me through what I may be doing wrong. I am running on windows 2007. Not sure if that has anything to do with the issue or not. I was able to run S-Timber though, so I doubt it.  Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out. 

Knowing that S-TIMBER works on your system confirms that the license is indeed working.  This will help us rule out potential causes.

With that said, there are a few other points I would like to investigation.  Could you please answer the following questions?

1. When launching S-FRAME, is the name of the program you click on "S-FRAME 2022", or "S-FRAME 2022 CBE"?  The version number is not as important as the presence of the letters 'CBE', which indicate the licensing system used.
2. Can you recall which edition of S-FRAME you installed when setting up the software on your computer?  S-FRAME is available in 3 different editions, and you should install the one that corresponds with your license.  Your company owns units of the Advanced Structural Engineer Suite, meaning that you can install the 'Enterprise' edition of S-FRAME.  We have a knowledge base article on determining the edition installed on your PC that you can find here.
3. Are there any error messages, or pop-ups that appear when trying to launch S-FRAME?
