Error while importing .fem file in Altair flux

Not sure if you check this document from the help, It might be helpful.
In general, please check the conformity of the mesh and make sure there is no free nodes and edges, intersection,...etc. as Flux will not accept those defects. Also make sure your model had the meshed bodies only and you should remove any solutions, BC or load settings.
The error is very general and it is not helpful to know what is source of the problem. If possible can you share fem file of concerns (this public forum). If not then I will encourage you to open a support ticket.

Is possible to import infinite box as well... because I dont see an option to assign face to infinite box?
