Simulation Products Installer - Error Code: 1
When using the Simulation Products Installer to install the Desktop, Desktop Help, Mechanical Solvers and Mechanical Solvers Help packages, the following error code came up: "<strong>Error Code: 1</strong> - The installation completed successfully, but one or more of the actions from the installation sequence caused a warning or a non-fatal error". The details of the error are: "The system cannot find the path specified".
I've tried absolutely everything:
- I've deleted the files and reinstalled them.
- I moved the files to another folder
- I installed the files from version 2019.1 to 2023.1. (and also moved them to another folder).
- I've changed installer parameters.
- I have tried to check the checksum by following this post: Checking a dowloaded installer. However, another error showed up ("
The system cannot find the path specified") - I installed them one by one successfully, but when I started the HyperWorks it stopped at the loading screen and closed.
- I updated all my laptop's drivers.
- I formated my laptop.
Any feedback to fix this would be appreciated. Thank you.
