How do i display model parts after running slm simulation

In this photo, after running SLM simulation the model has missing parts and shows 0 mass once the file is saved and reopened. However, with the tutorial model it seems like the model is able to show the missing parts. May i know who do i enable this ?
The current version im using is inspire 2024.1 .

Can you share your print 3D model here to take a look at the issue? If the tutorial model is working then, the issue is not related to print 3D. Also, what version of Inspire Print 3D are you using?

Hi, I have attached the model and run solvers, the version im using is 2024.1. It displays the total mass but its missing the model parts in the model browser after the simulation run.

Hello,

I looked at the model you shared. Upon opening the model in 2024.1, I can see the part is solid and has mass. One thing I noticed is that the results contained supports but the supports were deleted from the user-interface. I can only see the part in UI if I exit the analysis window. May be due to this, you are having trouble. Did you save the model after deleting the supports?
