.prop file is empty?

I'm running a size optimization and am trying to get the results in the output .prop file. I enabled the PROPERTY card and set the option to File. It outputs a .prop file but it's empty, it just says "$ PROPERTIES AND MATERIALS AT ITERATION 5" but lists no properties. My model is made of bars with tube cross section.

Does anyone know how I can get it to list the properties? Thanks

    Hi Lucy,

    You should be able to get the view the optimized properties by setting OUTPUT,PROPERTY,BOTH in the .fem file.  This should output the optimized property values to the .out file as well so you can see them.  You can try running in a newer version of OptiStruct as well as there may be an issue with the output to the .prop file.
