FRF Analysis: Load phase angle as DESVAR

I want to compare simulation results with measurements, therefore I got loads and section forces from the testing but without phase information. In my simulation model I apply the loads with 0° phase (or Random Response) but we'd like to capture the phase angles of the loads. The solver has to compare the section forces by DSYSID Card while modifying the phase angles in RLOAD2 Cards.

In general, is that possible? Is it only possible with constant phase angles over a given frequency range or is Optistruct able to optimize TABLED1 Cards with the phase information as well?
