Melt flow analysis of material for injection molding

I have to simulate melt flow at the runner and mold of an injection molding process. The feed is made up of two different materials. I need to observe the melt homogenity and distribution of the components of the feed around the mold. Can this be achieved using inspire Mold package? Any insight into the process is appreciated.

    Hello Deepayan,

Indeed, you can simulate the melt feel and feed behavior around the mold using Inspire Mold. Please refer to this link for further insight into our Inspire Mold.

    Hi Milan,

Thanks for the link, but it mostly provides information about the package.

My question was more specifically about feeding a material which has two components into injection molding process. I would like to observe the flow behaviour and homogenity of the material feed. I could manage to simulate using one kind of material. But I could not find a way to add another material simultaneously.

Would be nice if you could provide some insight on that.

    Regards.
