HOW CREATE PORT in FEKO

I have a problem with the port when I imported patch antenna in feko, the ground and the patch are rectangular 3D (Cuboid) instead 2D rectangle, can you please help me how to create a port in this case in feko, and can I use waveguide port in feko with antenna?

Usually these are fed using a wire, on which you place a wire port and then a voltage source is placed on this port.

Have a look in the Altair_Feko_Getting_Started_Guide.pdf in the help folder - work through the patch antenna there.

where exactly place the wire between ground and the patch?

The position of the feed is determined by the required impedance and of course will depend strongly on the antenna geometry.

The Getting Started guide will show you how to create a wire, port and source. Strongly recommend to work through this example.
