If you look at the _nl.out file it will give you more hints on what is the problem, and where it is more critical.

Can you describe in general what does your model have? contacts? what are you doing? I know that maybe you can't share your model, but at least a description and a couple images would be great.

Please, also take a look at this post, as it might be helpful.

There something going on with your contact #7.

The model seems to converge quite well until 80% and then, something breaks the contact close to node 92662395. There is a really high pressure error in this node. Maybe the contact is too stiff? Trying PCONT, SOFT, might help.

Have you requested NLOUT (SVNONCNV)? Or NLMON for generating some intermediate output?

I have NLOUT: NINT: value 10

I did not have the SVNONCNV selected I am going to retry it with that.

I am not familiar with the PCONT or SOFT and do not know how to use them. I will look into it and see if they seam like what I need here.

    Thank you.

depending on your contact pair, if one of the contact faces is too stiff and the other is too soft, a 'pin effect' might occur, resulting in very high pressure in one region/node.

Try to review your contact pairs, around this node from the message.

Also PCONT is an advanced contact  property that can be assigned to your contatct group in order to define advanced settings, such as stiffness. You can try to reduce stiffness a little bit, by using SOFT option, but in this case, you might get some penetration.

run your model with PARAM,NLMON,DISP and check what happens in the non-convergent steps.

SVNONCNV will also store the last non-converged increment.
