How to Fix Hypermesh Black Screen?

Hello, does anyone know how can I resolve this error? My preview screen is black in colour and I seem to cannot find any solution to fixing it. Thanks.

    Hi,

     

    usually this is related to:

    - non-supported graphic card (i.e onboard video card)

    - outdated graphic card drivers for a dedicated video card.

    - having 2 graphic cards, being one of them onboard (non-supported) and when the product is launched it is using onboard card instead of dedicated

    Thank you for your reply. So, I have disabled the onboard graphics on my laptop and is currently only using the laptop GPU which is an RTX3060 with 6GB of VRAM. However, the problem still persists. But what I found is that if I use the student version of Hyperworks there are no problems whatsoever it's just that the student version cannot import CAD .sat files into the software which is what I am trying to do here.

    Hence, if you know a way to import .sat files into Hyperworks student version I would be eternally grateful.
