license error, i can use hypermesh and radioss for starter but it gives error for engine

Good afternoon, 

I have a license error trying to run a radioss simulation, i can use hypermesh and radioss for starter but it gives error for engine: see next

Error Description:
[LicID 52031] AU Mechanical Engineer - (Err: -10) While checking out feature "GlobalZoneEU": Not enough features available (Only 21000 features available.)
[LicID 54241] AU Mechanical Engineer - (Err: -40) While checking out feature "GlobalZoneEU": Requested feature name was not found in licenses

I have the machine authorized in altairone website  so i don´t know what more to do to fix the problem, I have contacted the IT responsible but I dont get an answer yet..

Per this error message:
[LicID 52031] AU Mechanical Engineer - (Err: -10) While checking out feature "GlobalZoneEU": Not enough features available (Only 21000 features available.)

You did not have enough available units when you tried to start Radioss. Radioss requires 30+ units (depending on the number of cores you specify) and you only had 21 available at that time. Please free some units and try again.
